Slip & Fall

If you have been injured, due to no fault of your own, by falling on another’s person’s property due to the negligence of the property owner or third party, you may have a claim against that person for slip and fall.

A slip and fall can occur when a floor or walkway is wet or slick from being polished, when carpeting is not tacked down correctly, when floorboards are loose or warped or when a misplaced item in a store intrudes into a walkway.

Slip and fall injuries can be very serious, including joint, muscle, and ligament damage, broken bones, and in rare cases, permanent disability.

If you or a loved one has suffered a slip and fall injury in Williamson, Travis or Hayes County, or Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Buda or Kyle, Texas, please contact us for case review so that we may help.
