Defective Products

Product manufacturers and retailers have a responsibility to the public that the goods they sell are safe. Manufacturers can be responsible if a product they make, when used correctly, harms a consumer. Retailers can, in turn, also be held responsible if the retailer, or any other person, participated in the making or marketing of the product into the stream of commerce.

Whether the product is an automobile, a child safety device, or a simple kitchen appliance, manufacturers must ensure it is safely designed, assembled, and contains proper label and usage instructions.  If not, you may have a claim against a manufacture or retailer.

Our firm will gladly review your case and consult with you if you or a loved one has been injured due to a defective product in Williamson, Travis or Hayes County, or Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Buda or Kyle, Texas. Please contact us for case review.
