Expunge / Nondisclose Records

Expunction and non disclosure are wonderful tools to “clean up” your past.

Expunction of a case requires that the charge was dismissed, then the court can order law enforcement, courts, and record keeping entities to destroy records associated with your arrest or prosecution. This allows you to legally deny that you were ever charged with a criminal offense.

Non Disclosure of a case requires successful discharge of deferred adjudication probation. Once the deferred is completed and the requisite time requirements are met, the court can order law enforcement not to disclose to any third party any criminal record associated with your deferment. This then allows you to legally deny that you were ever arrested, charged or placed on deferral for an offense.

The attorneys of Sablatura Williams will gladly meet with you to discuss your options in cleaning up your past, determine if you are eligible, and then handle your case as expeditiously as possible.

If you expunction and/or non disclosure in Williamson, Travis or Hayes County, or Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Buda or Kyle, Texas, please contact us as soon as possible.
